Shipping + Returns

Shipping:

• Currently ship within the United States only.

• Orders typically ship the same or next business day.

• We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which should arrive in 2-5 business days.

Shipping Rates:

• Orders over $25.00 are free.

• Orders under $25 are shipped at a flat-rate of $5.00

Returns: Yarn

• We want all our customers to be thrilled with their purchase. If something has gone wrong with your order, please let us know by emailing, janet@janetandersen.com. We'll work with you to find a solution.

• Yarn returns are a hassle for both of us; before requesting one, We are asking that you take a moment to think creatively about ways you could use the yarn you received. Is there a different project it could work for? Could it be a gift for a fellow yarn lover?

• If you definitely need to return your yarn, you can do so within 15 days from the time it was shipped, as long as it is in its original condition, with all tags or labels intact. Once your package is received and deemed in proper condition, a refund will be made to your same method of payment, minus the full cost of the original USPS shipping charge (which may be greater than the subsidized, flat-rate price you were charged at checkout). If the purchase was made under the "Free shipping over $25.00" offer, the actual cost of the original USPS shipping will have to be deducted from the return. We cannot provide free return labels at this time. Thanks for your understanding.

Returns: Gifts

• Should you wish to return a handmade gift, please first email us at: janet@janetandersen.com to explain the problem. Did something arrive damaged? Perhaps we can send a replacement part.

• If a return is necessary, it can be done withing 15 business days of the shipping date as long as the item is in it's original condition and well packaged for return shipment. A refund, minus the full cost of the original USPS shipping charge, will be issued once your package is received.
